Meta Ads Specialist & Performance Marketer

Adlytics is seeking a results-driven Meta Ads Specialist to design, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-converting lead generation, managing advertising budgets, and scaling client revenue through performance-driven marketing strategies.

Proven experience running and managing successful Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram). Deep understanding of audience targeting, retargeting funnels, and CPL/ROAS optimization. Ability to create high-converting ad copy and collaborate on creative visuals. Proficiency in tracking tools, Pixel setup, and Meta Business Manager setup. Strong analytical skills to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report campaign ROI.
