HR Officer

We are looking for an experienced and organized HR Officer to join our operational team at LMAR Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, recruitment workflows, employee onboarding, performance management, and workplace operations. You will act as the key liaison between management and employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews. Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit management processes. Maintain complete and up-to-date employee records, attendance logs, and HR database systems. Assist in payroll processing, performance evaluations, and implementing company policies. Resolve workplace inquiries and support general office administration tasks.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in HR management or administrative functions. Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR management software/tools. Knowledge: Familiarity with local labor standards and standard workplace policies.
